Al Natural Al Natural is on the Island of Bastimentos on the Bocas del Toro Archipelago. Recommended by Travel and Leisure as one of the top ecolodges in the world, on Bastimientos Island , it is 30 minutes by boat from Bocas town, Al Natural is the perfect island getaway for romantics, honeymooners and nature lovers. Bananas Village Resort On Isla Grande, Bananas Village Resort has lush tropical vegetation on one side and the Caribbean sea on the other. Located within the National Park of Portobelo, the Banana's Village Resort is involved with the Tourism-Conservation and Investigation Program (TCI) which works to protect coral reefs, the marine sea turtle and the surrounding tropical forest. Activities include: trekking, nature observation, snorkeling around coral reefs, paddling in kayaks, fishing and scuba diving.

Birder's View, Cerro Azul - Birders' View is a lodge for birders and other nature enthusiasts inside Chagres National Park in Panama. It is surrounded by 10 acres of forests and gardens near the top of Cerro Azul. You can see much of the well-forested watershed of the Chagres River, the main source of water for the Panama Canal.

Canopy Lodge Sister hotel to Canopy Tower is at el Valle, where you will find just inches from your bedroom window, the cloud forest canopy is riotous with early morning bird life. You sit on a veranda surrounded by hummingbirds and tanagers taking their breakfast, this is bird watching at its best. Your birding guide leads you along a narrow forest trail beside the stream past a waterfall, then up into the cloud forest.

Canopy Tower - This tree-top viewing facility close to Panama City, but in the National Park, is developing accommodations for serious birders who want to explore Panama's diverse birdlife.

Cielito Sur Bed & Breakfast - at Nueva Suiza, Cerro Punta, this is a quiet, private, country estate inn on 2½ hectares at an altitude of 1,600 mts. Surrounded by trees, gardens, fruit & coffee orchards, it is a natural bird sanctuary in the Chiriqui highlands. It’s located between the towns of Cerro Punta and Volcan. Over 500 of bird species can be found in the Chiriqui province. Birding is good year round.

Dolphin Island Lodge Dolphin Lodge is on Uaguitupo is a grassy little island 100 meters from the island of Achutupu. The lodge consists of seven cabins with shared bathrooms and has capacity for 26 guests. Each Kuna style thatched cabin contains 3 comfortable double sized beds. Fresh water showers and toilets are available outside

Hacienda del Mar is on an exclusive private island, Isla San Jose,the largest privately owned island on the Pacific Coast of the Americas with 50 private beaches with pristine waters and white sand beaches. Los Quetzales Cloudforest Retreat
Los Quetzales is a hideaway within the boundaries of La Amistad International Park. It is an area of primary cloudforest that has been privately protected even before the establishment of Panama’s national park reserves. The cloudforest surrounds the cabins. Explore the forest with a guide for a few hours or for the whole day. Observe the many species of hummingbirds, the unusual yellow-thighed finches, and the resplendent quetzal, a daily visitor during the nesting season.

Park Eden Park Eden is a Bed and Breakfast, a romantic getaway for those in quest of nature’s beauty with First Class Lodging comfort. Sapibenega Hotel Sapibenega is the first totally ecological Kuna Lodge. It is located on a private island close to the community of Playon Chico in San Blas, on the Caribbean side of Panama . The hotel has 12 cabins constructed with natural materials, all facing the sea. Each one has private bathroom, equipped with composting toilets, fresh water from the mainland and electric energy provided by solar panels.

Sierra Llorona Lodge - In the middle of the Tropical Rain Forest Jungle offering comfortable facilities with complete rooms, private balcony with hammock, walking paths and trails in a 200 hectare of private reserve. Meals, transportation and Guides for Birding, Historical and Cultural Tours are available.

Tesoro del Caribe (formerly known as Playa Blanca, the white beach) 3 miles north of historic Portobelo. A short swim from their dock is one of the best reefs in Panama. Protected by the absence of roads, the area tl has suffered few of the depredations which have damaged so many of the Caribbean reefs. Portobelo is the diving capital of Panama and this Lodge is the only place which givesyou a great dive experience without a boat. The lodge offers sunfish sailing, canoeing and fishing as well.

Trinidad Spa & Lodge. Trinidad Spa & Lodge (Posada Ecologica del Cerro La Vieja) is on the Mesoamerican Biological Corridor. A recovered rainforest with a lot birds, butterflies, deers and typical fauna, combines with the modern spa have made an eco paradise. The forest here has been recovering since 1979. Hills like La Vieja Hill (in front of the property), Escaliche`s Hills and waterfalls like Tavidá. Ancient native paintings can be found and the famous golden frog.

Tropic Star Tropic Star Lodge on Pinas Bay in Darien is accessed by air. The Tropic Star Lodge has opened as an ecolodge. Lonely Planet Panama calls it "one of Panama's top nature retreats." The lodge offers one of the most remote locations in the world, in a pristine jungle environment. River kayaking, nature trail, visits to remote Indian villages and birding are some of the attractions.

Villa Marita Lodge. Seven first class cottages located in the highlands of Boquete in the province of Chiriqui make up the Villa Marita Lodge. Enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of rivers, mountains, valleys and the Baru Volcano from these colorful cabins. Activities include: hiking, trekking, birdwatching, coffee farm tours and nature observation.

Weckso Ecolodge Wekso Ecolodge is in La Amistad Biosphere Reserve. The Wekso Ecolodge is in the Bocas del Toro region of Panama, where 11 indigenous Naso communities are situated along the Teribe River. With a population of approximately 3,500, the communities have until recently been able to manage their economy sustainable. However, in the mid-1990s, they began to see their surroundings change, and they looked for alternative lifestyles that did not endanger the forest. Hence the development of the eco lodge.
